We usually process orders within 07 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email.
Need your order faster? We offer express shipping at checkout!

2. Where We Ship

We currently ship to only Pakistan.
If you're ordering internationally, please note that customs fees or import taxes may apply (these are set by your country, and we don’t have control over them).

3. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey! If you don’t receive tracking info within a few days, feel free to reach out to us at info.talaashkar@gmail.com

4. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your order is taking longer than expected, check your tracking info first. Sometimes, carriers experience delays.
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office.
Talaashkar is not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to incorrect addresses, so double-check your details before placing your order.

5. Need to Change Your Address?

If you made a mistake with your shipping address, let us know ASAP! Email us at info.talaashkar@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your package has been shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
